LIFE ON THE RANCH. Last Sunday we took a break and climbed Mt Wheeler. It is quite a hike. The peak is at an elevation of over 13,000 feet. Ryan was home, so he joined us. He was a much faster hiker than we were. It was a beautiful hike. Until that last 1000 feet or so. That was a bit of a struggle. There were even some turkeys on the trail. Native to the mountain? Haha, I don't think so. Looking down on Stella Lake. Ryan waiting for the old farts again. Ryan still getting further away. Wow, what a view.
