Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Well in January I only trained TWICE lol. January 2nd: 20 km jog. January 9th: 10 km jog. I then participated in Shibuya ekiden on the 16th. We finished 2nd place with a very slow run by me but surpsingly fast considering my current conditions. It is quite amazing that I can still hold under a 3.10 pace having almost no training in the last 4 months. Wonder how long that will last . Total run: 30 km. To be updated but probably sad. December training: Trying to train. 4 8 km jog.

Tuesday, August 17, 2010. Well it seems I won't be doing much racing this year. It's already August and I haven't applied for anything yet other than the pointless aquathlons. So no real pressure or goals to aim for. I have applied/plan to apply for a couple of 1500 meter track races to attempt for at least one pb this year. Well with this training I don't see how that can happen but you never know. 1 Jog 13 km. 2 Jog 10 km. 4 Jog 12 km. 5 Jog 15 km. 6 Swim 2500 meters. 1000 x 3 - Total 12 km. 9 Jog 10 km.

Sunday, August 7, 2011. Ended up running a total of 2,125 km in 2010. And swam 45 km as well. My trend of lowering my mileage seems to have no end. 3835 km in 2008. 2533 km in 2009. 2125 km in 2010.
