It is yummy and filling and everyone likes it because they can put what they want on their plate. (I put everything! Class was actually cancelled when this was made, but I had all the ingredients so I made it for dinner, took some pictures and you still get a post on the blog about it! About 1/2 cup uncooked rice per person and about 45 minutes for cooking.). 3 cups of water. 2 cups of rice milk.
