Click on photos for larger image). The docks are going in. The deck chairs are out and waiting. The boats are checked out and set. Oh yeah, here we go! Another summer's under way at Higley! The Butterfly Bush is in full bloom once more. And the frogs are croaking in the Arbuckle lagoons. No chance of floods THIS year. But we hope none of these homes are "under water"!

Click on photos for larger image). The ice is finally off the bays, temperatures have gone balmy and it's great to again see a variety of boats on Higley. No doubt that Higley is perfect for 'toons! Any day, you'll see them out cruising. Or gathering on shore for summer fun. Naturally, these shots were taken from MY 'toon. Of course, not everyone is 'toon'd in. Runabouts are always a great option. A bit slower, but easy on the gas budget. And now you don't even need to sit down to boat!
