On the 10th of June 2011, Vitorino "Vic" da Graca (67) and his 2 sons, Joao (36) and Pedro (32) will set off from Johannesburg, South Africa on a 1200km drive to Hobas in Namibia - the start of the Fish River Canyon. On June the 12th, they will make the 500m or so descent into the canyon before starting the 80 km gruelling trek to Ai-Ais.

Hike For Lyme Awareness. May 20, 2013. While we were at the bestwestern i had a root canal. 4 hours in the dentist chair. ugh…not all to fun… but oh well. the dentist was very very good :). Day 19. Aug 17: Climbing Forester Pass. 14 Miles. Wonderful. Epic. Grand. Forester Pass finally in sight. The Pass had a great view of Bubbs Creek valley to the north and a true OMG view to the south. There was a big group atop Forester as we all began to converge on Whitney.
