Don't knock it till you have tried it. This is a simple recipe for a chocolate cake that is ready fast enough that even the kids won't mind waiting! Best if you put chocolate frosting and whipped topping on it! 1 large coffee mug. 4 tablespoons plain flour (do not use self-rising). 2 tablespoons baking cocoa. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder shopping list. 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional). Small splash of vanilla. Both of the above variations will make the taste of a lava cake.
