The Path of Surviving Breast Cancer. Hiking Cancer Redux →. Here We Go Again. August 24, 2016. Ugh I take this to prevent breast cancer but have a slight risk of developing another cancer. Makes sense. What really worried me was hiking. We are planning an extended hike soon. To start getting into shape, we took some shorter local hikes. The Path of Surviving Breast Cancer. Here We Go Again. Ugh I take this to prevent breast cancer but have a slight risk of developing another cancer. Makes sense. Even though my oncologist said black cohosh was OK, I was leery to try anything that might add estrogen. Fish oil was recommended. That was so-so. I did try acupuncture with some success. The best answer was Effexor at a half dose (37.5mg). I was finally feeling a nice balance; physically and emotionally. I feel out of balance all over again&#46...
