I believe that when we know ourselves more fully we don’t have to get stuck in a particular way of behaving or being. We have choices about how we respond and react and can find our own unique self-expression. Counselling sessions with me offer you the opportunity to explore your personality – celebrating what you like about yourself, as well as acknowledging what you are not so happy with. Facing what we would prefer to deny or ignore in ourselves can be liberating. We can discover hidden strengths.

An initial meeting lasting 1 hour costs 20. If we go on to work together counselling sessions are 1 hour long and cost 40. These prices apply for adults, children and young people. I accept cash or cheque – payable at the end of the session. I offer a limited number of low cost places – these can be negotiated when discussing an individual’s circumstances. I offer supervision to individuals and groups at a cost of 50 per hour.
