Well my mom thinks I'm funny. Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Summer has set in at work and we are immersed in the craziness thereof. Last week started the first of the ropes course outings as well as the river trips in Moab. We had a great time.I still marvel that I get paid for some of the things I get to do (not much, but still paid). Well my mom thinks I'm funny. Sunday, December 21, 2008. Portland was so much fun. Jessie and I talked and laughed until we couldn't talk or laugh any more. It started the second she picked me up and we would have still been laughing when she dropped me off except the weather was terrible and I missed my flight but regardless.I had the time of my life. All that and add good company and tons of laughs it was just what I needed to snap out of the grumpy funk I have been in for about a month. Oh what a to do.

Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Ometimes you work hard. And you don't make anything. Sometimes you work hard and you are rewarded. Moral. Always work hard! This year for all my hard work I get a trip to Cancun. I'll take it! February 2010 right around my birthday. Three months to carve Adonis. OK, realistically, I'll do my best. I'll at least visit the tanning salon before going. I don't want to blend in with the white sand and have a tractor try and smooth me out. Pictures will follow.

Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Eight days away from surgery, at ten days out no more ibuprofen or blood thinning agents. I can take Tylenol. I’m not a real pill person so that doesn’t affect me too much. I made the mistake the other day of watching the surgery I am getting on You-Tube; UGH! It looked like something from shop class; saws, hammers, chisels, pins, glue…Oh My! I’ll shut up now and count my blessings for modern medicine, insurance, and supportive friends and family. Talk to you soon.

Monday, April 1, 2013. Ell the last five days. In the hospital have gone well to say the least. However I haven't felt good enough to write anything - thus the delay in posts. Erin-cita, David-ito, and the wee girls. Wednesday, January 2, 2013. I can hardly believe it has been almost 10 weeks since our little Tara has come into our lives. What an incredible addition she has been! She started out at 8 lbs. 2 oz. and 20.5 inches, and she is now a whopping 11 lbs. 3 oz. and 23.5 inches long. She is growing like a weed!
