Nature & Outdoor. Nature & Outdoor. Day 3: Tyler, TX to Amarillo, TX. December 30, 2013. June 30, 2014. It seems everything really. Bigger in Texas, especially the state! We did go through Oklahoma today, another first for us. The state total for the day was two: Oklahoma and Texas (again! Total Miles for Day: 559. Total Miles for Trip: 1600. No wonder it had good reviews! Another fun thing we did today was drive on historic Route 66 (in Oklahoma)! We got some new license plates today too!

There were also lots of warning signs for truck-trailers that were high profile/lightweight to exit the highway as they were likely to be blown over. The gusts were up to 65 mph! We took off from St. Pete around 10:30am, a little later than was planned, so our stopping point was still in Florida. For our accommodations, we chose to use Priceline and it was very successful! There is a First Time for Everything. Monday, March 15, 2010. This weekend was the time of my life.plus a little stress. I decided with some of my friends to throw a St. Patrick's Day Party on our back deck of Chathamtowne. LET ME SAY. IT WAS A SUCCESS. We had over 200 people. And our next one is going to be a fundraiser.I haven't decided what for though but I want to donate the money we earn to a fundraiser.
