I look at myself as a coach, instructor and most importantly a motivator and self esteem builder. As a professional fitness trainer I focus on creating and tailoring a routine that is going to push the client close to his/her physical limits but yet always safe and injury free. Proper form, technique and bio-mechanics of all exercise movements are first priority for effective training.
