He corrido muchos 21k, en muchos lugares y con diversas motivaciones, para bajar tiempos, para preparar un 70.3 o un Ironman, en otras ocasiones para sacar la flojera. Wednesday, May 30, 2012. This past weekend I made my first voyage ever to the Caribbean, specifically the islands of Trinidad and Tobago. While it is hard to imagine that one would need an "excuse" to go visit this area of the world, it just so happens that I had one in the form of the Rainbow Cup International Triathlon. Charisa had actually come in contact with the race crew and I was lucky enough to get an invite to tag along. No convincing needed! As for the race, it was quick, so I will keep it short.

Este 2014, es un año enfocado a recuperar mi lado de runner y llevarlo al Ironman de Florida, para lo cual he tomado algunas decisiones simples, pero de fondo. 1 Correr los 21k de la Maraton de Santiago, con mi hermano Roberto, por que hicimos un acuerdo el 02 de noviembre en Panamá City , USA, luego de correr mi segundo Ironman. 2 Luego iré por un Maratón, para ver como estoy en mi retorno a los 42,2 k. Esta historia comienza el 02 de noviembre de 2012, cuando estando en Temuco, me inscribí para 70.3 Pucon, 70.3 Austria y Ironman Florida, todos el 2013. Todo ese pesado calendario, lo hice sin tener ningún día de entreno, solo un par de días en la Mineria, ese dia fue una locura completa, necesaria para salir de mi pasivo presente por 16 meses. Comencé a entrenar para Pucon y lo hice. LLego Austria y lo hice. Fue largo, pero llegamos OK.

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Oil Free Pumpkin Bread! 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree. 1 cup apple sauce. 42 cup water (little less than 1/2 cup)*. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract. 167 cups of agave syrup (five 1/3 cups, however you want to look at it! 3 1/2 cups gluten-free flour (I used Namaste Foods For Everyone Flour-Costco! 2 teaspoons baking soda. 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice. Combine pumpkin, eggs, apple sauce, water, vanilla and agave until well blended.
