Yummy, Easy Whole Wheat Bread. 3 ½ cups hot tap water. 3 Tablespoons instant yeast (I like SAF). 1 (12) ounce can evaporated milk. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice. 1 cup white flour. 3 Tablespoons vital wheat gluten. 12 cups whole wheat flour (about 8 cups white wheat ground). 1 ½ Tablespoons salt. Knead in mixer for 6-8 minutes. Recipe from Kelly Robb.

Or 2 cans Italian. 1 green pepper seeded. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp. basil. 2 tsp olive oil. 4 c chicken broth. 1 c heavy cream. 1/2 tsp. thyme. 3/4 c butter divided. 4 tbsp. tomato paste. 1/4 tsp. pepper.
