He's not sure he wants to go, but hopefully he'll see how much fun it is play and learn with the other kids. I can't believe my little boy is this old already! Friday, February 11, 2011. It's amazing what tootsie rolls can do. :). We try to limit the amount of candy and sweets Xander has. It's not something he needs and he'd be better off eating a healthy snack (I wish I was better at telling myself this sometimes! But on some occasions, Xander gets a treat. Thursday, October 6, 2011. Xander really likes coloring and drawing, but we don't always have the time or I don't have the patience to watch him while crayons and markers constantly roll off the table to the floor. Connie got Xander some Color Wonder markers and paper, which is what he really wanted to use anyway. He was more than happy to do some drawing on the front stoop while I took care of my stuff. Currently intent on his drawing. Mommy, whas guy doing? Someone wanted to take his own pictures.

Tuesday, November 29, 2011. So I'm a bit delayed in posting this.but our little girl has arrived! Saeli Rae was born November 4, 2011 at 11:43am. She weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and is 20 inches long. With a good amount of dark hair on her head, she doesn't look much like her older brother but bears a remarkable likeness to her mother at this age. We've almost reached 1 month! It's crazy to thinks she's been here for 3.5 weeks already, time goes by so fast. Happy Holidays to everyone. :).

Wednesday, January 4, 2012. So Big So Fast. Now seems an appropriate time to post a few more photos of the kids. Christmas was a busy, but pleasant time. The change in routine finally got to Xander, although he's getting back to it finally. Saeli continues to be a quiet, content little girl. She's growing so fast! I'm sure that now I've returned to work she'll seem to get bigger even faster. :) Her 8 week checkup was Monday and she was 10 lbs 14 oz (that's over 2.5 pounds gained! So now the good stuff!

Monday, October 24, 2011. Every year our community holds the annual Spook Walk. It’s sort of like a haunted house would be set up in a park, except without the scary parts. Community businesses come together for a safe, kid-friendly environment to have some Halloween fun. Each business has a “booth” of sorts with a theme. This year had Alice in Wonderland, Wizard of Oz, Five Little Monkeys (Jumping on the Bed) and so on. Xander got all dressed up in his Spiderman costume and he was set. We lined up early.
