Hinton Center’s garden not only provides fresh vegetables for our guests, the yield is intentionally planned for an overage that is shared within the community. The Clay County Food Pantry and Matt’s Ministry are two recipients of Hinton’s harvest, and a UMAR home for adults with disabilities also receives a portion. No one should go cold or have to choose between medicine or a warm home because of a lack of heating resources.
