Project RC31: May 2007
http://rc31.blogspot.com/2007_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 16, 2007. Got the bike and some parts. About a month ago I picked up this ghetto Hawk. Not much selection available on the island. Since I am changing out almost everything, my main concern was the frame, engine and gas tank. Of those three things, the 2 former were in pretty good condition while the engine is in ok condition, as far as I can see externally. And the seat cowl to Doug Thompson. Here are some pics of the parts that I have been collecting for my project. Get your HORD on!

Project RC31: 1st Love
http://rc31.blogspot.com/2007/04/1st-love.html
Thursday, April 19, 2007. A bit of my Hawk history: Back in 1992 when I was a junior in high school, I had this brilliant idea to get a racing 2-stroke go-cart. I wanted to get this so I could drive/race it around my home town! Yea, great idea huh? Well my dad though so too and he never got me one. Then I picked up the August 1992 issue. And I saw the Two Brothers Racing. RC31 I knew right then and there that is what I wanted. Below are some pictures of my second Hawk (my track Hawk). Cmon, moar storeez!

Project RC31: Thorsten Durbahn
http://rc31.blogspot.com/2011/01/thorsten-durbahn.html
Wednesday, January 26, 2011. Well I haven't posted in a while, which is what I say on most of my blogs, but it seems that Mr. Durbahn has finally released his monocoque seat/fuel tank for the Hawk! Funny I checked today, since it was just posted on his site last month. Maybe I will finally start working on the bike now? Check out the seat/fuel tank here! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
