O`ahu is the island in the state of Hawai`i with the largest population. Here on O`ahu we focus on a lot of different projects. Recently, Honolulu City and County Council passed out smoke-free parks and beaches law protecting thousands from secondhand smoke and protecting the environmental effects of cigarettes butts.
