My musings, photos and ramblings. Monday, 24 January 2011. Been a long time since i posted anything here. Things have changed a lot the gallbladder is gone, personal relationships have changed and developed and counselling has begun. Still off work, on ESA now which creates a myriad of feelings inside me. I am now a scoungey no hoper, I do still have a job, but tbh I would sooner not as the place still terrifies me. My musings, photos and ramblings. Sunday, 27 June 2010. Intimacy. For some this is a wonderful thing, for others it a terrifying thought. Intimacy is both emotional and physical.In fact I think that the emotional side of intimacy is essential for the physical side to be felt. It is fine we can feel close to each other being held or having intercourse but the chemistry the metaphorical spark is essential for it not to be just an animal act and move it into being physical intimacy. What a wonderful thought.

My musings, photos and ramblings. Monday, 30 August 2010. Well I had a whole list of things that I wanted to complete today. With my depression I find having a list of tasks to work from and also tick off helps keep my focus and gives me a feeling of satisfaction when I look down and see little ticks appearing. My printer also needs sorting out, for some reason it is not responding to my print requests so I need to maybe remove and install the software again and see if that can resolve the issue. Oooo I ...

Yesterday I returned to my GP confessed my severe depressive symptoms and was re-assured that it is perfectly normal to want to kill yourself when you increase anti-depressants. Now correct me if I am wrong but that seems a very peculiar side effect for anti-depressants. So life is a bit crazy right now. I am struggling with routine once more and sleep is a pain.
