Hiraethog | Thoughts from another planet

Thoughts from another planet. My wife, Keri, has achieved immortality of a sort. Twenty odd years ago, we started a project to turn 11 acres of monoculture upland sheep pasture into an oasis of nature. This entry was posted in Nature. Visitor to Goetre Hall. Look who dropped in for tea! Well, homemade elderflower cordial and Keri’s vegan shortbread actually. That’s right, none other than Aston Villa supporting patron of the Vegan Society, Mr B. Zephaniah. This entry was posted in Other stuff. The girl be...

Hiraeth Press Submission Manager

There are presently no open calls for submissions. We primarily publish full- length works of nonfiction and poetry. We are seeking projects that visit the themes of contemplative ecology and natural history. We are a highly selective press, publishing only 2-4 books a year. We ask that all authors adhere to the Chicago Manual of Style. We generally publish nonfiction books between 75,000-90,000 words. Response Time is 4-6 months. Return to our website.
