It calls "castella", which is Japanese sponge cake made of sugar, flour, eggs, and starch syrup, very common at festivals and as a street food. There are many castella shop in Nagasaki, and my favorite is Fukusaya. I had a special one from Fukusaya. OMG.it was so good. It was really delicious! I really love it!

I went to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia for business trip. It was my first time to go to Malaysia. It was HOT and Humid. I thought it is interesting city. Honestly, I like Halloween events! Because I can wear costume! It is fun event. Especially for children! Get Candies, Cookies, and Chocolates! I did not bake cookies for a long time.so I forgot my recipes. OMG! However, I made it! I made Halloween Cookies! I am ready for Trick or Treat! Today, I baked CupCake!
