Thursday, March 25, 2010. Tonight at church we had an Enrichment Activity. It was called "A Walk with Christ" Mike was asked to be a Roman Guard-guarding Christ's tomb. It was such an uplifting night. The Relief Society did a great job. Every one was dressed according to the time period and even the food was unbelievable. Links to this post. Thursday, August 19, 2010. While we were in Utah celebrating Nic's Birthday- we went to a place called Sammy's. Mike had been there before and kept telling me about these amazing shakes. They add real pie pieces to your shake. YUMMY! It was the best shake I have ever had. I highly recommend going there if you are in the Provo area. They will open one in Rexberg next month. Sunday, December 28, 2008. We had the ride of our lives last week trying to get to Montana for Christmas. After 17 hours of driving in these conditions, we finally made it to Whitefish, Montana and skiing heaven! It was so cold, with powder galore! I don't think it ever got above 20 degrees. It was closer to 5 most days. Burrrrrrr! Thank goodness for hand and toe warmers. Whoever invented those is a genius! Check out the trees in the background. Beautiful.
