Historic Village at Lee Wayside. Grand Opening of the Village 9/20/07. The Village is open Saturday and Sunday April to mid December. 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Over 450 cemeteries have been visited and documented by Historic Buckingham so far, with many more cemeteries still to be found and visited. 160; There are two general meetings of the membership each year, one in the spring and one in the fall. The Spring Meeting is held in a different location each year. The agenda includes presentations of historical interest, featuring information about the location of the meeting, as well as items of business. Fall Meeting will be held at the Historic Village and features an old-fashioned Brunswick stew dinner, as well as the general business meeting.
