Deadwood's First and Finest Hotel. Historic Bullock Hotel Dining at Bully’s. Bully’s, located in the Bullock Hotel, is named for Seth Bullock’s lifelong friend, Teddy Roosevelt. This intimate restaurant features a beautiful large fireplace that is typical of the 1895 period and decorated with “potter’s tiles” and carved woodwork.
