南师大社发院 丨 文/图 刘华军，袁凯 丨 2015-04-01 20:46 访问量. 束老师认为，这次考古发现的重要意义在于，它通过科学的考古发掘，确认扬州曹庄隋唐墓葬为隋炀帝陵墓，是隋炀帝杨广与萧后的最后埋葬之地，印证了历史文献的记载 隋炀帝陵墓的发掘，为研究隋唐高等级墓葬形制提供了实证资料，为隋末唐初的葬制变化提供了可靠的资料 隋炀帝陵墓的最终确定和出土的大批高等级文物，为研究隋唐时期历史、政治、经济、文化等提供了详实的科学资料，也是中国历史上废弃帝王墓葬的难得的实物样本 隋炀帝陵墓的发掘，丰富了扬州城遗址的内涵，有利于促进扬州城国家大遗址的保护利用，并为再次重新认识和评价隋炀帝提供了新的契机。
