Browse to find old wagon roads, abandoned railroads, and other old places you can visit. There is a large section on railroading as well, and check out our list of recommended reading. Other interesting historical sites can be found all over the West. This flour mill in Boyd, Oregon was next to a railroad, seen here in the foreground and now used as an access road.
