Rehearsals – Poole Borough Band

We rehearse on Mondays and Thursdays between 8 and 10pm at the Bill Knott Building (1st Floor) of the RNLI, which is opposite the Gatehouse on the corner of West Quay Road and Slipway Road. There is parking in front of the building. If there are no spaces, or you are unsure, ask at the Gatehouse. Security staff will direct you to available parking. Poole Borough Band was formed in the mid 19th Century, and originally comprised of brass and woodwind instruments. Over the years it became an exclusively brass band and now has a committed regular membership of around 25 players. The band always welcomes new Brass players and Percussionists.
