放暑假總是想給自己放縱一下的時間，放下上學的功課壓力，明天又不用上課，可以三更半夜還在上網聊天、玩線上遊戲、不斷煲劇等，然後第二天就睡到日上三竿，接近中午才離開被窩，吃個早午合併大餐，這可能是很多放暑假的學生，甚至是老師的暑期生活寫照。 只是快樂時光總過得特別快，一天又一天的，當習慣了這麼無拘無束的生活，原來暑假已經接近尾聲﹗在醫師的小時候，媽媽在暑假前一兩星期便開始禁止我們的放縱行為，趕我們早點上床睡覺，又提早叫醒我們，好讓我們重新調較上學的作息時間。 媽媽的法寶很棒，她每天固定在上學時要起床的時間開窗，藉以用天然陽光曬醒我們，再加上她響亮的聲音趕我們下床，這原來很符合科學原理呢。因為生理時鐘的穩定必需透過每日固定起床時間維持，而且生理時鐘的位移與大腦中的褪黑激素分泌有密切關係，因此，每年經過媽媽一個多星期的固定訓練，我在開學日都能精神奕奕地上學去。所以我說，聽媽媽說話的孩子最幸福。 冰桶跳戰 Ice Bucket Challenge. 最近Facebook經常被Ice Bucket Challenge冰桶跳戰洗版，不知你有否接受過挑戰，又或曾經挑戰過朋友呢？ 白癜風，俗稱&#12300...
