Posted on June 14, 2014. 🙂 This brings me back to the great time I had at dinner on Thursday evening, when I sent my palate on a spicy and tasty exploration of different types of Indian dishes. Please note that the food has been rated according to the following spice level scale:. 0) no to very little spice. 1) not so spicy have a runny nose, fast swallowing speed. 2) a bit spicy have a runny nose, medium swallowing speed.
