Visas and Permits: A Transnational Experiment. Tuesday, December 9, 2008. If you go to THIS WEBSITE. You will see the electronic version of my labor. It isn't perfect, but such is life when you only have so much control. Finally, a sense of accomplishment. I FIGURED IT OUT! And finished ALL of the invoices for 123 Members. I really do come from the techonological generation. Hence: I rule. :) (celebratory dance inserted here). That is a tremendous accomplishment! December 13, 2008 at 1:41 PM.

Visas and Permits: A Transnational Experiment. Wednesday, December 10, 2008. So last night I was on my way to Inge's place to help her make jam, these awesome Danish spherical pancake thingies, and some Christmas decorations. While enroute I get a call from Erin Clair (our Australian visitor) and Pedro, who I left in the apartment to their own devices. Apparently not a good idea. Usually, something like this could be fixed with a simple flipping of the circuit breaker. Oh no, not here! You mean, not only...

http://emcexpatriot.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
Visas and Permits: A Transnational Experiment. Thursday, January 31, 2008. I've decided that one of the worst feelings in the world is not being satisfied after a meal. You eat, but you remain hungry, and that is all you can think about. Where does the time go? So, as usual, I have finished all of my work for the day before 11:00am. That means I can update my blog! When I was talking to Livia and the two Global Incentives Advisors (both women) that spoke during the presentation, I had to laugh a bit....

Well, there was a Chamber of Chambers meeting yesterday to disucess the Garden Party we hare hosting in June, and Michaela was the first to arrive. As soon as she walked in the door, she thanked me profusely for my help, and gave me a gift basket! It was completely unexpected, and very generous of her. It included some coffee products, teas, and sweets. Perfect for my dormitory.and I couldn't wait to sample! Wednesday, March 26, 2008.

So for my last "Moment of Peace" segment I told you about a site that I liked that takes pictures of cats and gives them hilarious, grammatically incorrect captions. This is one that I like (for obvious reasons). Monday, May 26, 2008. Competent driver. He got us there in good time and helped us to unload all of our stuff. Here we are in Slovak Pub! http://emcexpatriot.blogspot.com/2008/12/celebrating-season.html
Visas and Permits: A Transnational Experiment. Monday, December 1, 2008. So, it's December 1st. That means: 14 more days until my return to the US, 19 more days until I go on a family vacation to South Carolina, 20 more days until the official start of Winter, and 20-something days until I help my boyfriend move his life down to Miami, Florida to work at the Miami Seaquarium. It also means that it was time to help Erin choose, set up and decorate her FIRST REAL CHRISTMAS TREE! Not sure if the Cordell fam...

http://emcexpatriot.blogspot.com/2008/12/oh-look.html
Visas and Permits: A Transnational Experiment. Tuesday, December 9, 2008. I was doing some research on the Ohio Wine Producers Association and Markko Vineyard (the two organisations that I will be doing some work for after getting back State-side) and found this great website. That does reviews of wineries all over the US and Ontario! Just makes me that much more excited to get back home and dive into it. December 13, 2008 at 1:58 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
