Sunday, August 16, 2009. Fredericksburg, Family and Furniture. In late July, my mom, sis and I hit the road for Fredericksburg! Here's a couple pics of the purchases. We did horribly on the people pics this trip! Kristin and I LOVE Dr Pepper! We stopped in Dublin (home of DP) on the way. I got this shirt and she got some Dr. Pepper cake mix. I got Matt some DP bbq sauce - delish! I got this book for Matt to read to Baby Payne. It's like Goodnight Moon. :). Annie and her pup, Shelby. Matt and his catfish!

Monday, July 13, 2009. Dog Days of Summer. Matt and I went out to Possum Kingdom lake last weekend for some fun with my dad and Connie. We took a long boat ride, rode the Sea-doo, and ate some delicious food. My dad's steaks are my favorite! We had a great time, and clearly the dogs did, too! Haley and Dad floating on the raft. Matt throwing Dixie's frisbee. She's relentless! So proud of herself. Ellie looks on - although she was quite the swimmer, too! How can I win this battle? Statistics, of course.

Wednesday, June 10, 2009. Can I just say I'm really missing being a kid this summer? Ahhh the feeling I got on the last day of school knowing there was nothing but fun ahead for a whole 3 months! Sunday, May 10, 2009. Mother's Day is always one of my most favorite days of the year. A day to celebrate my wonderful, fun, beautiful mom! The girls even took a picture to commerate the day - a real rarity for us! We wish we could've been with Matt's mom, too, today! Amarillo just needs to move closer to Dallas. :). Thursday, July 30, 2009. We had our second appointment with the doc yesterday afternoon. It went really well! We were both a little disappointed that there wasn't an ultra sound, but we still got to hear the heart beat. It's just amazing! I could not stop giggling so that kept messing up the sound, and Alex was trying to tell me to be quiet so he could hear and that just made me giggle more! Would only go away. Monday, November 16, 2009. 27 weeks and counting. We've had a LOT going on in the last month and half. Not only did we pack up and move into a new house, we had guests coming into town for Baby Vest's first Baby Shower within a week of moving in! This house is coming along great!
