Picking and chosing which laws to abide. I found this on the associations website on how to file a complaint. Notice that they use 33-1803.which is in the chapter labeled "Planned Communities". But they are not a planned community so 33-1816 doesn't apply to them? I wish I could just pick and chose which laws apply to me.
