On the optimist/pessimist theme: One person's "cloudy day" is another's partly-sunny day. Sitting in a meeting this morning, a co-worker looked out the window and said, "I wished those darn clouds would go away." For over 25 years, we sent each other cards every year on our birthdays. A few years ago that practice stopped. Who knows why?
