I Knit Because I'm Nuts. Tuesday, November 1, 2011. On a more joyful note, the doc said that I didn't have to give up weights entirely but I will have to isolate the abs and work around them. Not a worry, most gyms have machines that help with that. Of course, I have to walk to the gym which is a bit rough with the pain. The pain should pass soon and I should be back to my routine.
