Our Landlord, Mark, chooses each of our ales personally with much careful consideration and deliberation. Below are some of the breweries that have supplied us to date and where they come from. The brewery started in Jan 2009 as a 5 gallon Home Brewing Project. It now consists of 2x 70L stainless steel stock pots (boiler and hot liquor tun), a 38.5L insulated mash tun with a 12 volt 'solarproject' pump and plumbing system. There is a home made copper counterflow heat exchange wort cooler.
