Thursday, August 27, 2015. New boy in town. We bit the bullet and gave Elliot a big boy haircut! Bye bye curls for now! I do look forward to seeing you again, but for now this new do will do. Second haircut. Wednesday, August 26, 2015. As usual another lovely party put on by my cousin Val for my cousin Jaime who is expecting a baby girl this fall! The theme was books! Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Summer is underway- the girls are in swim classes for 6 weeks! Monday, June 29, 2015. We celebrated early with a yummy Ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins. though the kids did not like it. only the ice cream parts were good. Not even the frosting. Riley usually only eats frosting off cakes. Ughhhhh so hard to please these kids I tell you! Mom and Dad liked it just fine! Sunday, June 28, 2015. Riley 6 year old stats! Thursday, August 6, 2015. Summer is coming to an end. I think the girls have become closer this summer. They have learned to play more together. In fact Riley now really wants (begs) Parker to play with her at times. and Parker is still content to play on her own but will give in at times. We had a good summer-. Sunday, August 9, 2015. Lights, Camera, Dance! Picture - rehearsal day. Show day- - make up! Dancing queens with flowers. Both girls did 2 dances in the annual show for their dance school. Riley is way more into dance class now and actually does very well. Parker is not so into performing, but doing her own thing. She provided some comedy to her show. Much like in the video - she put her rag on her head during the show multiple times. She may be taking a break from dance after the show! New boy in town.

Monday, July 27, 2015. Last weekend we decided to take a long long road trip to visit granma and papa in Sierra vista AZ.,. It is like a 9 hour drive. But we were pulling a trailer and hauling 3 crazy kiddos! With a steady flow of snacks, portable DVD and games we survived the drive! Sunday, May 31, 2015. Riley has completed kindergarten! We are so proud of her! She did it with flying colors! She had an awesome teacher and a great year! Good grades and reading, writing, and mathematical accomplishments! I also loved volunteering in her class and will miss it! I just hope we have an equally awesome teacher next year! All the kindergarten classes performed a number of songs they have been practicing for weeks- seems like 10 songs and even memorized the alphabet backwards! And the girls...
