Jasson Finney was instrumental in my son Mario achieving his goal, making of the Midget Espoir hockey league. At the beginning of the summer 2010, my then 14 year old son weighed 165lbs with a 6’2 frame. He severely lacked coordination and balance, could barely do 5 real push ups and had an average cardio vascular endurance. Who is Jasson Finney? Jasson Finney is a professional trainer with a scientific background on how and why the body moves. He is a Kinesiologist and former NCAA strength and conditioning coach. His extensive knowledge in both sport specific conditioning and sports psychology has helped him develop a program that is continuous and well directed towards achieving an athlete’s desired goals.

I made the Midget Espoir thanks to Jasson who helped me increase my physical and mental strengthI plan on training with him next summer and with his help, make the AAA team’. Start date of training March 24, 2011. Age at the time of initial testing: 14 yrs. March 25, 2011. April 22, 2011. Training with Jasson has help me get me in shape, lose excess weight and help me get more focus on my sport and as help me be more confident as a person. I still need his training so that I keep on track.

Elite training and coaching packages are available for both boys and girls ages 10 and over. Group exercise programs are available for both boys and girls ages 8-10 yrs. 10 hrs of physical training. 2 Hrs mental coaching/toughness. 4 hrs of physical training. 1 hr mental coaching/toughness. 3 hrs of physical training. Coaching available on hourly rate basis. Individual and group rates available for all packages.

In training young athletes must learn the right physical movements, in the proper planes of motion, to work the intended muscles so the maximum effort and performance can be achieved time and time again. My training builds a base where the athlete becomes aware of muscles they didn’t know they had. These are postural muscles and stabilizers two groups of muscles that are crucial to developing a balanced, strong and powerful body. 1 Improve body /muscle control. 2 increase core strength/stabilization.
