Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Having 3 kids is kickin' my tail. It's not so much that I can't handle each crisis, but when they happen. Simultaneously .that's when it gets overwhelming. Cooking dinner - no problem. Helping Shannon with homework - a. Cleaning up a potty training accident from Adam - gross, but whatta ya do? Ethan scream for some milk - coming right up:). All at the same time - Ahhhhhh! There are moments when I think, "I can't do this". Listen to your mother young man. I have other children.

Monday, March 28, 2011. Love hurts, especially when it’s coming from Adam. His two year old mentality has yet to grasp the concept of his 4 year old physique. 8220;Me help you! My initial thoughts are, “How sweet. My little man is learning to serve.”. But I do want a young man who helps around the house one day, so I guess I should encourage him when he’s willing to try. But every now and then, I mellow and time permits the two of us to bond over a mundane task. I think I changed his clothes 3x that day.

Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Preparing for the worst but hoping for the best. Weather is a weird phenomenon. Two things can happen. Either 1) there’s minimal fuss and then BAM! Huge, gianormous, catastrophic devastation…or. 2) Maximum, full throttle hype followed by…nothing. For 2 solid hours I protected these iron machines from my boy.
