Sunday, March 23, 2014. 3rd Birthday Party- the best yet! In case you missed it, Ethan's birthday party. So my amazing husband went to town on the cake. He decided to do the 3 hourse. straw on top, the sticks, then bricks. Ethan LOVED it. and I think it turned out amazing! He even bought a little wolf to put on the tray. Ten years ago I made the decision (okay. my therapist, parents and dietitian. and me) made the decision it is better for me to go into inpatient treatment than to continue living the way I was. So I got on the plane and ended up in Arizona. Beautiful Arizona. Am I alone here moms? I truly believe that if I continue to heal, continue to journal, continue to be, than I would be a better mom. A better wife. A better person.

Monday, June 23, 2014. Well he did. He is "fully" potty trained. So, for his prize, we promised a date with daddy. and daddy promised a trip to the Disney Store and his choice of lunch. Daddy's hours don't match up with the boys a lot lately, and with the kids nap schedules they are really missing daddy time. Ethan especially is craving more time with daddy.
