March 19, 2010. 利用 ‘Data’-‘Sort’ 以及 ‘Data’-‘Subtotal’ 整理‘等级‘总数. 首先，select whole table. 然后点击 “Data” – ‘Sort’。 在 ‘column’底下的”sort by’,选择 ‘等级’，然后点击 ‘OK’. 接着，再回到 ‘Data’ ，在右上角处点击 ‘Subtotal’。 将 ‘at each change in:’ 改为 ‘等级’ 在’Use function’栏目中 选 ‘count’。 最后在 ‘add subtotal to’ 中选 ‘等级’ ，点击 ‘OK’ 即可. 所有等级的总数就会出现在 ‘等级 count’ 的右侧。 例如 “A1 count” 的总数是 ‘6’.
