Books and other things. Saturday, July 29, 2006. Why are Libraries important? Libraries are a piece of our lives that we take for granted. But what would happen if libraries were taken away? Without libraries, people who need access to computers would not have the availability of a free computer with internet access. These computers help students and adults research topics.
