Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Finally.My Senior Pass Card. We are staying at the Inn of the Mountain Gods, near Ruidoso. It is a spectacular resort with fair prices for a poor boy like me and we had a great time soaking up the mountains and lakes around the area. Our rooms at the Inn were at ground level so it allowed us to have a patio where we could walk out of our rooms onto the greens of the resort. Friday, May 29, 2015. E took a nice morning walk along the Concho River in downtown San Angelo Thursday morning. It was about a 4 mile round-trip trip that was beautiful. Cool and cloudy skies were the precursor to the spectacular thunderstorms that will come through later that brought more beneficial rainfall to everyone. We had a great time along the riverwalk. Several people were out also enjoying the quiet time before school lets out for the summer later today. Waterfalls run alongside the art museum.

Thursday, May 21, 2015. Is located inside our wonderful San Angelo State Park and a healthy lake will make for an even livelier state park. OC Fisher Lake was bone dry a couple days ago. Now it is alive. Red Tip Yucca blooming. A cooler and wetter spring has really made the state park a nice place to visit and camp. Hikers and bicyclists are sure to visit the park over the Memorial Day holiday weekend and things are gearing up for a nice welcome. Thistles in bloom along with LYF. Make it a great day!

Dramatic film now launched with Discussion Guide. Holding in the Storm: My Life with Autism. Our new film was launched on 29 March 2014 in the Arboretum Centre, University of Guelph. The two premiere screenings were well attended and well received by about 250 people. Guelph’s Mayor Karen Farbridge joined us for the afternoon event to bring the City’s greetings and to link the event with World Autism Awareness Day which is being observed on 2 April for only the second year in Canada.
