出版 財富管理 理論、實務與實作 ，並於大專校院開辦實作課程. 年出版 財富管理 理論、實務與實作 ，. 於產業界的財富管理競賽舉辦之後，舉辦 全國大專財富管理競賽 ， 提供舞台供在校學生將習得的理論知識作實務的運用，並引進金融機構的專家與學校的老師共同指導，讓學生能在理論 實務的運用過程中，體會財富管理的意涵，為產業界培養能夠立即上線且實用的財富管理人才。 於是，在全國眾多大專校院教授的指導之下，成立了 台灣財富管理規劃發展協會 以 持續推廣理財教育，結合大專校院與金融機構，將理論與實務經驗做更有效的結合.

年對國人實施的 國民金融知識水準調查 統計結果顯示，台灣民眾在 金錢管理 及 理財規劃 部份的成績偏低，都在 4. 成以上的成績，且 知識面 的成績皆高於 行為面 ，如下表. 各項理財工具如 股票、房地產、基金、保險等商品架構及 遊戲規則 ，皆隨著經濟成長而逐漸普及化，民眾多半是從做中學，漸次地學習各種 金融工具 的操作，可是卻少有管道教育、提升他們整合各項理財工具的能力。 而在學習各項 金融工具 的操作過程中，民眾尚且缺乏檢視自我財富狀況，以及瞭解正確財富管理的價值觀、和個人的風險屬性為何等，跟 創富 、 守富 有關的觀念。 目前教育體系中，似乎缺乏有系統的理財教育 在國小、國中階段，並未教導正確的 金錢 觀念 在高中、大學教育理，也沒有可以與實務接軌的理財基礎課程。 台灣雖然已經有為數不少的大專校院，但金融相關領域的課程選項，卻大部份是與投資相關的研究及系所，讓學生誤以為 投資 就是 理財 而在步入金融職場後，也以這樣的觀念與客戶溝通 接著在成家後，有了下一代，也只能 吾道一以貫之 ，繼續 傳承 不恰當的理財觀念。
