http://abbycrossworld.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations. God has called me back to France to do ministry with His church here. For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth. Colossians 1:16. Friday, August 23, 2013. I was reunited with two of my dear friends that I haven't seen in two years. Holy reunion, Batman! Throughout the week, which included my first trip to Six Flags, going out to my friend's like house for a day, and many other reunions, my jet lag eased up and I'm pretty much used to...

Colossians 1:16. Friday, April 26, 2013. Over the past week, I've been a bit sick. And what does that mean? You guessed it. Pinterest. One thing I did a couple weeks ago was this one with a wine bottle. One of the bottles didn't cut as we had hoped, and so I tried this. So I tried out some yarn I got for Christmas. Whi...

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations. God has called me back to France to do ministry with His church here. For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth. Colossians 1:16. Tuesday, February 26, 2013. Needless to say, about 10 minutes later, we are happily pulling in to our retreat center. We eventually make it to a town that looks familiar, and we pull over again to consult the map. A very nice man offered to drive in front of us and point out which exit we would need to...

Colossians 1:16. Monday, August 5, 2013. Living in another culture is always going to be challenging, but I think the bigger challenge is returning to your own after living somewhere else. Here is a list of what I'm anticipating will be the biggest challenges, and also a list of what I'm really stoked to return to. Yes I k...

Here's a quick photo montage of the last few weeks:. Sassy sitting on a nest of eggs. Sketch in w...

Fernleaf Off the beaten track. Shelfari: Book reviews on your book blog. Thursday, July 16, 2015. Garden update: July 2015. Yesterday was a great day for working in the garden, in the low 70's and cloudy with a light breeze it was a perfect day to finally get caught up on some weeding and path clearing that needed to be addressed out there, and I snapped a few updated pictures in between buckets of weeds. Fernleaf ~ Off the beaten track: What the future holds
http://fernleaf67.blogspot.com/2015/03/what-future-holds.html
Fernleaf Off the beaten track. Shelfari: Book reviews on your book blog. Saturday, March 21, 2015. What the future holds. Well here we are and it's officially spring already. I'm not sure how that happened so fast. Despite being home taking care of Ethan and the animals I still find that time seems to be going by faster than when I was working part-to-full-time. Egads. The battle against the rats seems to have turned in our favor, some work around the barn, aggressive trapping and relentless hole-pluggin...

Fernleaf ~ Off the beaten track: July 2014
http://fernleaf67.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Fernleaf Off the beaten track. Shelfari: Book reviews on your book blog. Tuesday, July 29, 2014. This project just seemed burdened with trouble after trouble for me, casting on the wrong number of stitches, wonky buttonholes, awkward color changes, a tight thumb gusset and other issues. I do think that they turned out nice, especially the lovely shell buttons I found for them, but after all the difficulties that I had with them I'll certainly never be using that pattern again. In the queue: Twin Leaf Loop.
