Not too long ago, we received the sad news that after 14 years night club venue Risa was closing down for good but to avoid disappointment, in its place, a newer and bigger venue is getting ready to open its doors on Thursday 10. The Big Hoot announce their auction for giant owl sculptures. Calling all art collectors! The Big Hoot are giving the opportunity to the public for a chance to bid for one of the 89 individually decorated giant owl sculptures in Birmingham. The giant owl sculptures will be auctioned at the ThinkTank science museum on Thursday 15. October all in the aim to raise money for the Birmingham Children’s Hospital. The auction will be hosted by Fieldings Auctioneers, co-founded by Nick Davies from BBC’s Flog it!
