Sunday, November 14, 2010. A month or so ago Maddie read one of my absolute favorite books - Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. And seriously, just a few weeks later she had read 4 or more other books by Jane Austen. I am a proud mother! Wednesday, May 6, 2009. So I only have one pair of dressy pants to wear to work! Well those one pair are starting to get a little tight. When I sit down they are so uncomfortable, so.maternity pants it is. Trying them on was quite frightening, and it didn't help that my mom was laughing so hard she had tears rolling down her cheeks! Thursday, September 29, 2011. Maddie and I had a blast at Taylor Swift concert tonight! It seriously was a great show, I almost got a little teary at the end of it, being caught up in the emotion of it all! It was fun to spend the evening with my girl! She is growing up and I am not sure how I feel about it. I miss that little two year old that would hang out with me all day and we would do crafts and go to Toddler Time at the library. But, I am proud of the young lady that she is! Debbie and Mike Jones.

Sunday, January 8, 2012. Jake was asked by his team to try out for the Allstar team. Him and Matt decided to do it even though we didn't think there was much of a shot - there were like 250 kids trying out for around 40 spots. Matt thought it would be a good experience for him too. Sunday, January 8, 2012. This little one keeps us entertained here at the Godfrey home! He is talking a ton and had quite the little personality! He loves to play outside and wishes he could go to the park across the street quite frequently. He is lucky to have a big sis that will take him to go swing a lot! He loves loves loves to do puzzles and could do them all day long! He is seriously pretty good at them too. I hear this from him a lot - "Mommy, will you play with me? And "Mommy, do puzzles withe me?
