Monday, August 27, 2012. Life lately via pictures. Not a lot has been going on around here lately! This weekend David and I had a perfectly LAZY weekend. Much needed, in my opinion. Since I have taken quite the blog break, a picture update is in order. New boots my love got me for my birthday which was last Friday. I am now 25. Eeeek. May purchase boots here. I love the red zipper! My wonderful husband sent flowers,a teddy bear and balloon to me at work on my birthday. He is the best. It was the best.

Sunday, October 28, 2012. A Weekend at Home. This weekend is the first weekend David and I have been at home in a month. We had 3 out of town wedding in a row. It was fun, and exhausting. And amazing to be home and have zero plans. Friday night we stayed home and I cooked dinner! Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuits, and gravy. It was so bad, yet so good. Saturday David worked, and I spent some much needed time with Cade and my mom. We ran some errands to Home Depot, and Target.

Sunday, May 20, 2012. I am a WIFE! I cannot believe it is all over and done. Definitely has not sunk in. Last night was by far the best night of my life. It came together exactly how I imagined and I could not have been happier. It was my dream come true. We leave in 15 hours for the Dominican Republic! Thursday, April 26, 2012. Random ramblings and confessions! Here are some confessions for ya. I send David outfit pictures. Like kind of a lot. Is that normal or is it so 2003/myspacey? Either way, I do it and I'm not going to quit. And he at least pretends to like them. My mom made me one of my favorite breakfasts today. Because, pretty much most breakfasts are my favorite. I like to think I'm not spoiled. Maybe I'm just getting special treatment because I will be leaving the nest forever in 3 weeks.

Monday, January 30, 2012. Date night, new recipe, and s'mores! Saturday night David and I decided to hang out at home,. Since we were both out Friday. I made dinner. A little twist on a classic comfort food. Cornbread waffles and spicy chili. It was super easy, and super YUMMY! My favorite part.The cornbread waffles! Friday, June 29, 2012. Thank goodness its Friday! Today is an extra special Friday. Because I only have to work a half day,. Then it is off on a road trip to Baton Rouge. And who doesn't want to spend 7 hours in a car with this guy? I know I do. In all honesty, I really love our road trips! 7 hours in the car really isn't all that bad when you are with your best friend. Corny, I know, but hey it's true.
