Sunday, May 22, 2011. T-mins one week till Graduation. Here are some pictures from the last couple months. Heather, Alex (my best friend from high school) and I met up a few weekends ago for Happy hour at the Melting Pot. Happy Hour there is the best, because fondues and appetizers are half price. Welcome to the Hollymead Hammerheads! We are one of eighteen teams affiliated with the Jefferson Swim League. We are located in the Hollymead neighborhood in Charlottesville. Our season runs from late May to the end of July culminating with the Championship meet usually held at the UVA Aquatics Center. Registration will open for returning siwmmers on April 13th. Hollymead residents not previously on our team will be able to join on April 20th. All other new swimmers may join on April 27th.
