We finally decided on a builder and paid our construction deposit and gave them a check off list of things to finalize on the floor plan. One month later, they keep changing the plan, changing the price, and taking forever in between. We keep thinking they are about to come to us with a final set of plans, and then what we get is different. And a good daddy!
