Holmewood Ethnic Minorities (HEM) is an informal group of active residents from different cultural backgrounds whose main aim is to bridge a positive relationship within the ethnic minorities living in Holme Wood, and to build a neighbourhood together. It has helped those involved to overcome their isolation by building relationships through shared meetings and trips, enabling them to provide for each other, mutual assistance.

She offered to see me out of hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and after a lot of careful manipulation she managed to free up the joint which led to a swift improvement in my condition.
