Now take the soaked items in a blender and add to it a little amount of milk ,dalchini powder and pepper powder and blend this all to a fine paste. Now add this paste to the milk and mix it well. This is a traditional celebration of the moon and is also called the Kaumudi celebration, Kaumudi meaning moonlight. At night goddess Laxmi is worshipped. Some people believe that on this night Laxmi moves about from place to place asking, "Who is awake? 150 ml. milk1 tsp. Almonds - 100 gms. Cardamom Powder - 2 tsp.

Carrot Crackers and Spiced Coffee. 50 gm freshly ground coffee. 2 tsp cardamom powder. 3 tbsp finely chopped ginger. 1 1/2 tsp sugar. 25 gm grated chocolate. 1 tsp mustard powder. 1 tbsp cumin seeds. 100 gm finely grated carrot. 75 gm grated cheese. Combine coffee, 1 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and ginger. Brew in 1 3/4 litre of water. Heat milk and sugar until scalding point. Pour hot coffee and milk into a large bowl. Whip cream and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder together.

Black salt to taste. 2 medium sized Potatoes (boiled, cut into inch cubes). 1 cup Tamarind chutney. 1 tspRed chilli powder. 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder. 2 tbsps Fresh coriander leaves (chopped).
